What Kind of Promotion Interview Do You Want?

 

What we do.

The ESH method is to provide coaching for you in the four stages that make up the process of passing an Interview Board. As part of this we cover the two things that the Panel are actually looking for together with an easy to learn model of presentation which will increase your chances of success. In addition we coach you in confidence building techniques to provide you with a solid foundation for the day.

 

How we do it.

We work with clients in an interactive way either individually or small groups (by arrangement). We make it experiential for clients by using their own examples and working at their pace. Optionally clients can add more time to ensure their own examples are as strong as possible and ready for interview. We limit the number of clients per rank per force to maintain your exclusivity.

 

Why we do it this way.

By breaking down the interview preparation into an easy four stage process and coaching you in a powerful model of answering questions using your own examples we believe your chances of success will be significantly enhanced as you stand more chance of demonstrating your suitability to the panel. What if you take this up.

You will not only understand what the panel are looking for and be prepared to meet that challenge but your confidence level will be higher and you will feel the experience is not nearly so daunting. Although success can not be guaranteed your chances of success will be significantly enhanced.

 

What if you do not take this up.

Well, you can always muddle through of course and you may be successful. But, given that the interviews are competitive with only a limited number of places each year you may feel you want to make the most of your chances. If you don’t, you can bet your competition will!
