2) Interview Structure and Testing - designed for those of you who may have good examples but want to learn or develop a powerful interview structure (lack of interview structure is one of the main reasons people fail). Your knowledge and application is then tested by asking you interview questions and providing immediate feedback on how you can improve.

Who is this for? Officers are approaching an interview for the first time or after having failed for poor interview structure on a previous occasion. You may be unsure how to build in examples into your answers. You may be unsure how to answer a question properly. You may want to really give yourself an edge over others. It is an advantage if you have worked through the eBook prior to attendance. Your board can be imminent or some way off.

3) Interview Structure, Role and testing - designed for those of you who want to explore how they can use their previous work and roles to provide good examples which can then be built into structured answers. Interview testing is also built in. It is an advantage if you have worked through the eBook prior to attendance.

Who is this for? Officers who have previously failed, or want an edge over competition. Typically the Board will be at least 2 month away but this is a personal choice. It will be an advantage if you have worked through the eBook prior to attendance.

4) Personal Promotion Development - designed for any officer who have passed their Part 2 and the Boards are some way off. This starts off with a unique and specially designed full assessment against the PPF to see how you currently measure up against it. From this a personal development plan is drawn up for you to work to together with training, coaching and mentoring around your role and development for the next rank. Reviews will further assess progress against the PPF and you will be given support and guidance in creating and identifying good examples at work, role and PPF development, interview process, interview technique, confidence and interview testing. Telephone support will be provided as well as a number of sessions one to one, depending on your need.

Who is this for? This is a demanding program that is only for those who really want to get on and have an edge over competition. You will take pride in what you do and wish to make a difference, both to work and your career prospects. Typically officers will be planning well in advance of the interview. You may be taking it for the first time, or have previously failed it but recognise that it is up to you to learn how to pass the next time. You will want to develop not only the skills and knowledge necessary for you to apply and be successful at interview but also to improve your own personal impact at work.

NB - all of our coaching sessions are strictly limited to five officers per force per rank per year in order to maintain your advantage and keep it exclusive to you. Strictly first come first served basis.
