We use a systems approach because nothing works in isolation and a change applied at one point of your service delivery can have far reaching effects in others, often of a negative nature. In fact before any change or new program is implemented you need an end to end view of service delivery – not just “how much” is being delivered and costs, but “how well” it is working, particularly from the view of the end customer.

Systems approaches are well established in other sectors where the need to reduce waste but improve quality at the same time are well established. We work with you to look at your service end to end, making sure your desired Outcomes, your Methods of delivery and your Measures are working together. Once your improvements are identified we not only help implement them but provide ongoing support as necessary rather than just leaving you with a paper report.

Although we work with organisations of all types we particularly specialise in those who work in partnerships, including Charities and Community Interest Companies where we give a very flexible service which recognise your unique needs. For example we have been largely responsible for the design and implementation of an Alcohol Misuse charity which is delivering tailored end to end services leading to full "recovery" for service users and their families (NERAF), and has been described by Alcohol Concern as the “most innovative alcohol service in the country”.
